Position Summary

We are hiring a part-time coach to lead small-group strength and endurance training sessions in the evenings. Ideal for someone who loves to train, enjoys teaching, and wants to make a real impact in people’s lives.

What You’ll Do

  • Coach small-group training sessions (strength, mobility, and endurance work)
  • Support member progress, testing, and goal tracking
  • Build relationships with members and help create a positive training environment
  • Train at Beyond Strength and lead by example
  • Share and act on ideas to improve programming and member experience

Schedule & Availability

  • Part-time
  • Evening availability required (Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30pm–7:30pm)
  • Additional hours may open over time

Preferred Experience (not required)

  • Group coaching or personal training experience
  • Interest in running, rucking, HYROX, kettlebell work, BJJ, or other strength-endurance sports
  • Certification through CFSC, StrongFirst, FMS, Precision Nutrition, etc. is a plus — but not required
